Study on Problems Facing China in International Direct Investment

Abstract

As a developing country,since its entry into WTO,China has been facing challenges,especially in the field of foreign direct investment(FDI).The current situation and characteristics of China's FDI is analyzed,and strategies are given to improve the legalization of FDI from the aspects of capital,technology and industrial upgrading in the hope of boosting economics.
