Abstract

Since China has opened its door to the outside,the amount as well as quality of foreign direct investment(FDI) has been increasing.FDI has generated many positive economic effects,while the one-size-fits-all policy and serious regional competition also brought some negative FDI effects.This paper reviewed FDI status and foreign investment policy in different stages,and evaluated FDI’s effects and gains and losses of foreign investment policies.
