Analysis of the Problems of FDI and the Direct Investment of Foreign Merchants in China

Abstract

At present foreign direct investment(FDI) has become an important means for large transnational corporation,and also a new growth point of the global economic development.The paper expounds the popular reason of FDI and the positive effectiveness of FDI on the economic development in different countries,and then explains the situation of the direct investment of foreign merchants in China and put forward several effective measures to use foreign fund for the direct investment in China.
