Common words of Yulin Dialect and Zhuang Language

Abstract

Yulin dialect belong to Goulou Yue Dialect group.There are a number of words in Yulin dialect very similar with that of Zhuang Language in their pronunciation and meaning.Most of these words are spoken words which have phonetic form only,and they have corresponding relationship with Zhuang Language in pronunciation and the meaning.Among which,some are also corresponding with other minority languages or other Chinese dialects in South China,and a small number of words belong to the ancient words.
