The Evolution Way of Chinese Constitution by Amending Constitution

The constitution has been amended by four times. If amending and evolving the constitution based on the constitutional government, the constitution should have the highest authority of law. We should attach importance to the setting of procedure regulation, so that it will guarantee the right of entity in constitution.
