This paper introduces the definition standard and financing method of small and medium-sized enterprises,discusses the present situation of the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises, analyzes the reasons why the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is so difficult, and puts forward some countermeasures for solving the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises.
