On the Finance Reform in Rural Economy

The slow increase of rural economy and farmers' income has been the main restrictive factor for the development of national economy at present stage. The rural financial system is the core of modern agriculture and rural economy. Some serious problem exists in the rural financial system nowadays, such as insufficient funds, incomplete functions etc. The difficulty of loan and circulation of funds has become the bottleneck for the development of rural economy. So the government should strengthen its support to rural financial institutes in the policy and the economy, implement effective protection and set up a sound rural financial system conforming to the requirements of rural economy development, which should be the main part of rural finance reform and the key part to solve the agriculture problems.
