Research of Rural Financial Reform in the Post-financial-crisis Era

China′s current financial structure does not give sufficient support to rural areas,leaving many farmers and rural businesses to lack the capital they need to develop.Rural finance is the weakest point in the country′s entire financial system.Low profits,a lack of rural financial products and services and the difficulty that many farmers experience in securing loans for rural financial institutions are the main problems plaguing the rural financial system.Accelerating rural financial reform and making it easier for rural people to access capital are the key parts of the country′s effort to reform its overall financial system,so as to resolve Three Rural Issues(San Nong).There are two hierarchies in the research objectives of the article.First,to investigate the character of rural finance supply and demand,find out the restraining factor of the development of China rural finance;second,to analyze the rural finance reform,and on that basis,explore the rural finance reform which is more perfect in function,sustainable development,suitable for extensive demand.
