Curative effect valuation on Jingui Senqi pill in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of Jingui Shenqi pills on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods: Ninety one patients of type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomized into two groups,control group consisted of 46patients who received western medicine,the treatment group consisted of 45 patients who treated by Jingui Shenqi pill combined with western medicine. Each group was treated for 1 month,then the therapeutical effects were compared between two groups. Results: There was significant difference in the fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose and urinary albumin excretion rate in two groups before and after treatment( all P 0. 05). The effective rate in the treatment group 86. 67% was significantly higher than that of control group 65. 21%,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusions: The treatment effect of Jingui Shenqi pills for type 2 diabetic nephropathy is obvious,it is worthy of clinical application.
