Investigate the change of Political Situation in Chang'an from the Perspective of Zhoudi and Jinzou yuan

Zhoudi(州邸)was the place in which chaojishi(朝集使)lived when they were in the capital in the early Tang Dnasty.Jinzouyuan(进奏院)was the office for jinzouguan(进奏官)in the capital in the later Tang Dynasty.Chaojishi and jinzouguan were both local government officials which lived in the capital of Tang Dynasty.By investigating the difference of location and the difference of the ownership and usage between zhoudi and jinzouyuan,we can not only find out the change of political situation of Chang'an,but also the change of relationship between the central governments and local authorities in Tang Dynasty.
