Abstract

The independent college is a new educational mode operated by new mechanisms under new circumstances. Because of its special backgrounds the independent college, especially its teaching staff is of complicated particularity. The teaching staff is an important factor to guarantee the educational quality of the college. Therefore to intensify research into management of the college teaching staff is of significance to the college in developing in a sound way under the market economic system.
