Abstract

One of the most important factors for the world-recognized Harvard University and Princeton University is the first-class professor team.Therefore,the central work is to accelerate the construction of high quality teaching staff.We put forward some methods on how to improve teacher level,how to improve the quality of teaching,and how to improve the ability of scientific research according to the present situation of higher education institution teaching team and discuss the formation of teaching staff in best American universities.
