On the Construction of Teaching Staff in the First-class Universities

Abstract

Teaching staff in the first-class universities should not only have independent system,but also have scientific structure.However,there is still a huge gap between our university teaching staff and international first-class universities at present.Therefore,we put forward the strategies of constructing first-class teaching staff,and propose some countermeasures of improving,developing and reforming the staff.
