Abstract

Medical postgraduate is the future of medical advances in our country,the medical postgraduate education has been specialized.According to the characteristics of our postgraduate training,with the current situation,medical postgraduate education is explored in four areas including the attainment of morality,scientific research,clinical competence and interpersonal relationship.
