Study of some key links of postgraduate education in clinical medicine

Abstract
The postgraduate education is a very important part of medical education.Based on many years' experiences of postgraduate education in otolaryngology and for improving the educational quality of postgraduate education in clinical medicine,several key links are proposed and emphasized as follows: the quality of enrollment,course teaching,selection,argumentation and researches for dissertation topics,practical skills in clinical medicine,paper writing and defense for degree,etc.Simultaneously,the level and diathesis of tutors is another key issue for enhancing the education quality.
