On the Construction of Leaders' Political Morality

Abstract
The construction of leaders' political morality is the organized guarantee of carring out and practising the important thought of three representatives,and is the premise of persisting in the requirement of two “Wubi”,and is the inevitable requirement of a general plan of governing the country which is an plan of laying equal stress on governing the country by morality and governing the country by law.The paper also gives other suggestions of the construction of leaders' political morality in the end.
