Certain Questions on the Theory of Governing the Country with Morality

This article supports that governing the country with morality aims to educate the Party members, Cadres and the people with Communism moral idea, serve the people wholeheartedlyand run the country with the idea. The idea vequires us to uphold the guidance of Deng Xiaoping`s thought, enforce the Party`s leadership in moral construction, make great efforts to enhance political morality construction ,adhere to running the administration with morality and make a thorough moral education, take vigorous action to prepare public opinion and build cultural atmosphere beneficial to enforce moral construction. Meanwhile, we should maintain a proper balance between of governing the country with morality and according to law. The article also points out constructive significances of the idea in theory and in practice.
