Abstract

The important thought governing the country by moralityhas been put forward with special background, and deep and far_reaching significance. The key to the implementation of governing the country by is to enhance morality of the broad masses of the people, especially of the youngsters. The moral education in schools should be strengthened and improved, and it will play its unique role in promoting the smooth implementation of governing the country by policy.
