On the Problems and Countermeasures for Classroom Teaching

At present,there are such problems as dull teaching materials,traditional teaching methods,unilateral teaching evaluation and false classroom administration,which seriously inhibit the promotion of teaching quality.To improve teaching quality,teachers take measures to reform and perfect students' management and evaluation system of teaching quality,guide them to participate in teaching actively,improve the overall quality of teachers,emphasize classroom management and create a good relationship between teachers and students.
