Abstract
The “self learning” teaching philosophy has gradually become the main trend, but classroom teaching remains the main form of medical courses teaching. Through teaching supervision, we found that some teachers in the classroom teaching process remains no aware of the teaching plans, course and teaching objectives, and did not grasp the material content systematically and comprehensively. For solving these problems, teachers should strengthen teaching training and lesson preparation, and enhance the application of interactive teaching methods in the classroom, correctly use the teaching means, and make the lectures scientifically and ideologically etc, so as to improve the overall quality and effectiveness of medical courses.
