Abstract
To study enzymatic hydrolysis conditions in honeybee,papain was adopted to do orthogonal experiment,and the effects of temperature,time,enzyme amount,pH value and solid-liquid ratio on hydrolysis were analyzed.Through the analysis of experimental data,the optimal conditions of papain were determined,i.e.temperature was 50 ℃,time was 3 h,pH was 6.5,enzyme amount was 0.5 %,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶3.It could provide basic for development of honeybee in hydrolysis liquid and powder.
