Abstract

The process of urbanization brackets quickening the urbanization of population, in which we must deal with the problems of farmer workers. Setting up social security system for farmer workers is very necessary in social transformation period because it can give consideration to both justice and efficiency.It is a long-term goal to reform social security system and it is very important for the construction of the harmonious society.
