Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of tubal infertility, and provide a basis for prevention and clinical treatment. Methods:A case-control study was used;the women diagnosed as tubal infertility in the hospital were selected as case group, the women undergoing artificial abortion in department of gynecology and obstetrics were selected as control group;all the cases were asked to finish a uniform questionnaire, the infection rates of chlamydia and mycoplasma were detected;the data were analyzed with non-conditional logistic regression analysis. Results:The infection rates of chlamydia and mycoplasma in case group(25.7% and 18.8%,respectively) were significantly higher than those in control group(6.7% and 2.5%,respectively).The risk factors of tubal infertility included the age of first sex life20(OR:3.373),the number of sexual partners1(OR:3.056),the history of induced abortion(OR:1.057),the history of salpingocyesis(OR:6.579),cervicitis(OR:2.890),the history of pelvic inflammation(OR:6.488),the history of tuberculosis(OR:4.986) and the history of appendicitis(OR:4.915).Conclusion:The risk factors of tubal infertility include:chlamydia and mycoplasma infection, first sex life at early age, more than one sexual partner, and the histories of salpingocyesis, cervicitis, pelvic inflammation, tuberculosis and appendicitis, while there is no significant correlation between the history of induced abortion and tubal infertility.
