Abstract

Objective:Exploring the possible relations between the infertile women after abortion and the secondary infertility.Methods:375 secondary infertile patients and 380 primary infertile patients at the same period were examed by the routine gynecologh, including CT,UU and 40% iodized oil in pelvic cavity.Results:254 cases(67.8%) in the secondary infertility group and 380 cases(25.8%) in the primary infertility group were tubal obstructive to different degrees. The infertility caused by tubal obstruction was greatly and obviously different between both groups (P0.001).The posetive rates of CT,UU in the secondary infertility group were higher than that of the primary infertility group(P0.05) and the incidence of tubal obstruction was also obviously higher than that of the primary infertility group. Both groups were obviously different(P0.05).Conclusion:Tubal obstruction was the main cause of the secondary infertility. The preventive measures for the infertile women caused by tubal obstruction after abortion were discussed and analyzed.
