Abstract
Objective The paper was to evaluate the outcome of the measles laboratory work in Baoji City. Methods ELISA was used to detect serum measles IgM antibodies in the suspected cases. Results 323 cases of suspected measles cases of measles were detected,182 cases were IgM antibody positive(56.35%),among them, the positive rate of the 20-29 age group was the highest(71.11%),the positive rate of the under 1-year-old group was 63.64%.There was no significant difference in gender and measles vaccination history. Conclusion Serum measles IgM antibodies level was relatively low in Baoji city.Laboratory work in measles surveillance played an important role in measles control.
