Abstract
Objective To develop an HPLC method for the quantitative determination of baicalin in Angong Niuhuang Pill.Methods The chromatographic conditions included column Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(28:72:0.2).The flow rate was set at 1.0mL·min-1,wavelength at 280 nm.Results The linearity of baicalin was in the sample range of 100-1 200 ng,r=0.999 8 and the average recovery was 101.6% with RSD 2.3%.Conclusion This method is simple with good reproducibility and available for quality control of baicalin in Angong Niuhuang Pill.
