Abstract
From both theory and clinical practice,review the relationship ofspleen qi deficiencyand type 2 diabetes,consider that the spleen qi deficiency is one of the basic mechanism of type 2 diabetes.And propose in the future should be carried out animal experiments to study the spleen qi deficiency in insulin resistance.The role and characteristics in order to reveal the spleen qi deficiency leading to diabetes specific pathological mechanism,to clarify the mechanism of strengthening spleen and benefiting vital energy to treat type2 diabetes,to find the Chinese medicine and treatment which has exact effect.
