Abstract
Abjective The conditions of determination arsenic in food by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed in this paper. Methods The lircamfluence digest was a preforable method for takinging sample. The conditions of determination arsenic in food were selected through single factor experiment, including sour medium concentration, reducing agent concentration, carrier gas current capacity etc. Results Under this condition, the regress equation of linearity Y=0.0463X-0.0008(R2=0.999 6) was obtained. The minimum detection limit of arsenic was 0.24ng/mL,the RSD was 1.9%,the sample recovery rates were in the range of 89.73 %~95.98 %.Conclusions This method was not only simple and quick but also having higher sensitivity and automation. It is suitable for the determination of Asenic in food.
