Abstract
The soil sample was digested by HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4 mixed acid. The content of arsenic in soil was detected by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results showed that the detection limits was 0.01μg/L for arsenic. The recovery rates of spiking standards for arsenic was in the range of 91.2%-104%.The relative standard deviation of arsenic was less than 3.1%.The method could obtain the precise and accurate result and meet the need of practical analysis.
