On the Rule of the Exclusion of Illegal Evidence in Criminal Suit

Abstract

The acceptance of the illegal evidence in criminal suit is a focus issue.How to determine the choice of the criminal concerns the value orientation of legal truth,crime control and human rights ensurance.The paper discusses the rule of exclusion of the illegal evidence,in the hope of setting a scientific and democratic legislation and judicial practice of our country.
