Abstract

The exclusion rule of criminal illegal evidence is a very important rule of evidence.It is related to the protection of human rights and the norm of the state criminal justice powers.However,the rule has just been established in our country,not yet formed a complete legal system,thus with considerable defects.The rule in our country should be established in the process of the revision ofThe Law of Criminal Procedurein order to protect the human rights and the criminal justice authority.
