On Curriculum Reform of Teachers' Pre-service Education Based on Practical Knowledge Development

Practical knowledge is the knowledge base for teachers' professional development,which reflects teachers' education wisdom and styles.The lack of attention to teachers' practical knowledge in teachers' pre-service education hinders the smooth entry and autonomous development of normal students in their professions.It is the important way for the improvement of the quality of teacher education to reconstruct the curriculum system of pre-service teachers,which is oriented to the development of teachers' practical knowledge,and based on the nature,structure and transformation of teachers' practical knowledge.
