Modification and Perfection of Regulation on Disclosure of China Government Information

Review the regulation on the disclosure of government information in the view of the protection of citizen's right of access to government electronic information,point out the regulation does not entitle the citizen to obtain access to government electronic information,and limits the citizen's purposes of application for the government information,and there exist limitations on the value-orientation of legislation and the definition of the scope of information available for the citizen,and then put forward some suggestions to perfect the regulation to protect the citizen's right of access to government electronic information.
