Review on the Study of the Protection of Citizen's Right of Access to Government Electronic Records Information

Citizen's right of access to government electronic records information is one of the important citizen's private rights.How to protect this citizen's right has become the research hotspot for the American researchers,and they have studied the topic from such aspects as the perfection of laws,participation of the public,construction of on-line government information resources,balancing the related legal relationships;however,in China the researchers have not paid enough attention to this topic,and there are no direct and systematic research achievements,and the related research achievements are scattered and lagging behind.
