Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenle Decoction and its components on P-selectin in adriamycin nephrosis rats.Methods:The adriamycin nephrosis model rats were induced by ADR venoclysis through caudal vein.The rats were randomly divided into six groups: the normal control group,the model control group,Shenle Decoction group,the Yiqiyangyin Chinese herbs group,the Qingrelishi Chinese herbs group,the Huoxuehuayu Chinese herbs group.Different treatments were given to groups for 4 weeks.We observed the amount of protein in urine,determined the levels of ALB,ChoL,Scr and P-selectin in serum and the levels of P-selectin in kidney tissue,and observed morphologic change in kidneys.Results:Compared with the normal group,the levels of P-selectin in serum and kidney tissue of rats in the model group were increased(P0.01).Shenle Decoction and its components could decrease the amount of protein in urine and the levels of ChoL,Scr and P-selectin in serum and the levels of P-selectin in kidney tissue(P0.05,P0.01),increase the levels of ALB in serum.Conclusion:Shenle Decoction and its components have obvious protective effect on adriamycin nephrosis rats,can decrease the levels of P-selectin in serum and kidney tissue,and prevent the further development of adriamycin nephrosis.All these prescriptions have the cooperative effects.It provides theoretic proofs in treating and preventing nephrotic syndrome.
