Abstract
Response surface methodology(RSM) was used for optimizing ultrasonic extraction conditions in the extraction of flavonoids from Potentilla discolor Bge.Effects of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic power, extraction time and ratio of solvent to material on flavonoids yield were analyzed with response surface methodology. The results show that regression equation fit well with experimental data, the optimum procedure of flavonoids extraction are:ethanol concentration of 90%,ultrasonic power of 720 W,extraction time of 35 min, ratio of solvent to material of 30 mL/g and that the flavonoids yield is up to 2.86%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
