Abstract
OBJECTIVETo study the optimum extraction technique of total flavonoids in the Potentilla discolor Bunge.METHODSUsing orthogonal design, total flavonoids in extract was as evaluation index, and ethanol concentration, extraction time, ratio of material to solvent and extration frequency were as inspecting factors to screened the optimum extraction technique, and total flavonoids content in extract was detected by spectrophotography.RESULTSThe optimum extracting conditions were that the ethanol concentration was 700mL/L,ratio of material to solvent 1∶12,extraction time 150min,and extraction process was two times,in which the ethanol dose was important influencing factor.CONCLUSIONThis procedure is convenient, appropriate and feasible.
