Abstract

In this study,the microwave assisted extraction was used to extract polysaccharide from Lycium. The effect of four factors including the microwave power,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction times were considered by orthogonal test.Results show that the optimum conditions are performed at 80 ℃ with 2 times(each for 40 min) under the 700 W microwave power and the microwave extraction method is simply and effective.
