The Analysis of the Teaching Management System Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the Innovation Talents Training

In knowledge economy era,all walks of life are all call for the innovation talents.The ad-vanced technology talents trained by higher vocational colleges mainly engaged in production,construction,management,and service.They also require innovative thinking and creativity.This paper defines the teaching management system and the meaning of the innovation talents,and analyzes the constraints of the existing teaching management system on the innovation talents training.At last,it puts forward the propos-als of building the teaching management system in higher vocational colleges which is based on the innova-tion talents training.
