Abstract

Objective To study the possibility of genetic ally monitoring different strains of mouse by AFLP assay. Methods AFLP selective primers were used to amplify the genomic DNA of different strains of mouse. PCR products were identified on agarose gel electrophoresis and stained by ethidium bromide. Results Some differences were found in AFLP of different strains of mouse. Conclusion AFLP assay is an effective method in genetically monitoring of mouse.
