Abstract

The self-designed and manufactured extraction device was used to carry out the single factor experiment for leaching of total isoflavones from pueraria lobata by microwave-assisted extraction under normal pressure. The obtained optimum technical conditions were: microwave power 700W,solution radiated to be boiled, radiation for one time, alcohol concentration 50(wet.)%,ratio of solid to liquid 1:10,immersed time in advance 1 h and particle size 60 eyes, under witch the extraction rate reached about 80%.
