Research on Shaanxi Innovation Index

This paper uses the comprehensive evaluation index method evaluated Shaanxi province innovation index from 2005to 2012 preliminary.The evaluation results show:Shaanxi innovation capability has been significantly enhanced,Shaanxi innovation index and innovation environment,output, effectiveness index is higher than the countries of the index over the same period,but in the process of innovation of science and technology funding accounted for the proportion of fiscal appropriation display evaluation and the RD funds accounted for the proportion of GDP and other indicators,there are still some weak links.Aiming at the problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding comments and suggestions.
