Abstract

Ractopamine(RAC) is a β-agonist which was illegal used in the livestock and poultry production to increase muscling in animal products.However RAC residues in food are definitely harmful to health.Molecular imprinted technique(MIT) is widely used in food safety detection because of its simple operation and superior performance.In this article,MIT used in detecting RAC is reviewed based on domestic and foreign bibliography,and the application prospect of MIT is also introduced.
