Abstract
Enrofloxacin(ENR) is a kind of fluoroquinolones which is usually used in the livestock, poultry, and aquatic production to prevent and cure diseases. However ENR residues in food are definitely harmful to health. Molecular imprinted technique(MIT) is widely used in food safety detection because of its simple operation and superior performance. In this article,MIT applied in sample pretreatment techniques,HPLC,sensors, etc,to detect ENR was reviewed based on domestic and foreign bibliography, and the application prospect of MIT was also introduced.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
