Abstract

Ractopamine,as a β-agonist,is illegal used as an alternative to clenbuterol in animal husbandry as a tissue repartitioning.Therefore,detecting ractopamine residues in food is very important.This article gives an overview of the latest progress of detecting method of ractopamine,which offers a technological guarantee for food safe in ractopamine residues.
