Abstract
In this paper practices and characteristics of constructing innovation system of agricultural science and technology in developed countries were introduced,and experience of constructing innovation system of agricultural science and technology in developed countries were summed up,and finally development countermeasures of innovation system of agricultural science and technology in Shanxi were put forward.
