Correlation between expression of nm23,MMP-2 and feature of SCT-lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas

Abstract

Objective To study the expression of nm23 and MMP-2 in gastric carcinomas and there relationship to SCT about lymph node metastasis.Methods The expression of nm23 and MMP-2 in gastric carcinomas were detected by immunohistochemical method,and their relationship with lymph node metastasis was analyzed.Results The positive rates for the expression of nm23 and MMP-2 in 67 gastric cancer tissues were 41.8%(28/67)and 73.1%(49/67).The expression of nm23 and MMP-2 were significantly related with lymph node metastasis.Conclusions The expression of nm23 and MMP-2 were significantly related with feature of SCT-lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinomas.
