Abstract
Harmony is the legally moral philosophy,its meaning being layered.The first is the interest relation of morality.The Second is the free order.The final is the objective exchange paradigm.According to the moral connotation of harmony.the harmonious society should be organisms,which refers to a liberal social order,the social relations of morality and idealized social form.In the context of a harmonious society,based on the principal and the spirit of harmony,the criminal justice concepts should be changed,to achieve the purpose of promoting social harmony.It is doubtless to protect the perSpectiVe of the criminal justice concepts smooth transition through the independence of the J udiciary and the increase of the judge quality.
