Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step and nine-therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods 120 subjects were randomized into two groups:treatment group in which 60 cases were treated by three-step and nine-therapy and control group in which 60 cases were treated by traction and wave irradiation, with a course of 10 days. The clinical symptoms and their scores were observed. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms were all improved in both groups(P 0.01),with better effects in treatment group than in control group in improving neck and shoulder pain and cervical movement(P 0.05).Conclusion This therapy is quite effective for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
