Conclusion: Cytological examination of nipple discharge is the first choice to diagnose the cause of nipple discharge. Near infrared scanning diagnosis is also helpful. More than half of the blood discharges of nipple patients who are older than fifty are breast tube cancer patients. Early examination and treatment of discharge is an important factor to prevent breast tube cancer.
